Arrive 30 minutes prior to the event.
For access we will follow suggested sanitary protocols. We obtained sanitary certificates given by Secretaría de Salud and Guanajuato. No entry allowed without wearing a face mask and/or face shields.

Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds will be available only if local authorities cancel the event following Secretaría de Salud sanitary orders.
We recommend checking and selecting carefully the dates of each concert.
Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified on the ticket.
